Funding

We appreciate that paying for legal services can often be a worry, and at Scaiff LLP we will keep you regularly updated as to the costs of your case to ensure that you remain in control. Our rates are competitive, set out clearly in writing and easy payment terms are available.

Scaiff LLP are accredited with the Legal Services Commission and are therefore able to provide some of its services through Legal Aid, which means that the service you receive won't cost you a penny. To find out if you are eligible, simply call us on 01905 727700.

Your claim can also be funded through a Contingency Fee Agreement, which means that, in employment claims, for example, we can offer to accept a percentage of the settlement figure that you receive.
