Nicola is an experienced conveyancer having worked within the property industry for over 20 years. Nicola specialises in new build properties and has worked for various national house builders (as well as smaller, more bespoke builders) dealing with all aspects of site set-up for new developments from site infrastructure agreements, housing association sales, the formation of management companies and management company schemes, to setting up the legal documentation for the sale of new homes on an estate.

Customer satisfaction is very important to Nicola. It was something she was actively involved in improving within one of her developer clients many years ago and it has remained an important factor in her working day. Nicola understands that buying and selling a home can be an extremely emotional and stressful time, even for her more experienced developer clients and she will do all she can to alleviate the stress that this can produce, particularly by keeping her clients fully updated on the progress of their conveyancing transaction.

Nicola particularly likes helping first time buyers with their first steps onto the property market : ‘Buying a first home can be a really stressful and daunting experience. I enjoy helping my first time buyer clients understand the process, giving them the understanding and confidence to deal with professionals that they have probably never had to deal with before, such as mortgage brokers, insurance companies, surveyors and estate agents.’

Nicola can help you with all your conveyancing needs – from a house sale, purchase, transfer of equity, unregistered title, right to buy, help to buy, remortgage and shared ownership transactions.
