Our goal is to assist you in obtaining compensation for physical, sexual or emotional abuse where you have made the decision that a claim is right for you.
This may be shortly after a period of abuse or decades after the abuse – there is no right time.
We appreciate that making the phone-call and attending an appointment can be incredibly stressful and we will do everything we can to help make the journey as painless as possible. As a starting point we will listen and we will not judge.
We will discuss the options available to you depending on your circumstances and also the information you might have about the individual or organisation you hold responsible for the abuse.
In addition to investigating the legal issues we are committed to helping you as an individual and we have strong links with local support centres who can provide you with counselling and support beyond any claim.
If you would like to explore a claim for personal injury compensation specific to abuse please contact Elizabeth Rimell.
Our doors are re-opening with effect from 1st September 2021 and we can re-assure all visitors that we are operating in a Covid secure environment. Some staff will continue to work remotely to maintain our management of the risks to staff and visitors.
It is our preference that all visitors take a lateral flow test prior to attending the office and that they respect the choice of any staff member to wear a face covering and to accept that they might be required to wear a face covering also.
We will continue to avoid physical contact with any visitors and to ask that you do not attend if you are displaying symptoms of being unwell and that hand sanitisation is carried out on entering our office as provided. We would ask that only essential persons attend any meeting at the office to reduce the risks to both staff and visitors. Please do not enter the building more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment.
